1. Heard Mr. Abhay Kr. Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P.
2. This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning a delay of 55 days in filing the appeal. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed and a delay of 55 days in filing this appeal is hereby condoned. 3. I.A. No. 17246 of 2025 stands disposed of Cr.A (D.B.) No.1624 of 2025
4. This appeal is directed against the order dated 08.09.2025 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in B.P. No. 373 of 2025 arising out of Latehar AHTU P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 5. It has been alleged that the appellant was involved in the trafficking of three minor girls. 6. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant was a friend of the girls and they were going to a different place, but the appellant has been alleged to be involved in human trafficking. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is in custody since 23rd June, 2025 and in fact she is also aged of 19 years

7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 8. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the appellant and the fact that all the victims have been recovered, we while setting aside the order dated 08.09.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in B.P. No. 373 of 2025 arising out of Latehar AHTU P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, direct the appellant to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 9.
9. Accordingly, this appeal stands allowed and disposed of. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
