Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) The present time barred appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in CWPOA No. 7622 of 2020, decided on 19th December, 2024, titled as Pawna Devi vs. State of H.P. and others, whereby further directions were issued by the learned Single Judge to examine the case of the petitioner- husband, who retired as Work Inspector (Class-III) on 31.05.2009, for grant of pension in terms of the judgment in LPA No. 196 of 2022, titled as Roop Lal vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 11.10.2023. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- 2. The learned Single Judge also noticed that Special Leave Petition (C) No(s). 1007 of 2024, titled as State of H.P. and others vs. Roop Lal, was pending and, therefore, a direction was given to consider the case subject to the outcome of the said judgment. 3. Counsel for the State has very fairly pointed out that the SLP in Roop Lal’s case (supra) has now been dismissed on 18.03.2025, and in view of the above, the State does not intend to press the present matter. Accordingly, the present application for condonation of delay, as well as the main appeal, are dismissed as not pressed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (G.S.
