Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the NEET counseling of the petitioner is fixed on August 13, 2026 but due to deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the authorities are not accepting the request of the petitioner and prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal. 2. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
