When the ma琀琀er is taken up, learned Addi琀椀onal Advocate General appearing for the respondents submi琀琀ed that this Court, vide its common order dated 22.01.2026 disposed of the Writ Pe琀椀琀椀on Nos.1168, 1175 & 1179 of 2026 by gran琀椀ng liberty to the pe琀椀琀椀oners to approach the competent Labour Court or appropriate authority and by direc琀椀ng the respondents/contemnors to engage the pe琀椀琀椀oners con琀椀nuously on temporary basis however, the en琀椀re work has now been handed over to the 3rd party contractor and therefore, if the pe琀椀琀椀oner approaches the respondents, they would suggest third party contractor for further engagement. 3. In the light of the above, the pe琀椀琀椀oners shall approach the respondents for further engagement through third party contractors. 4.
