1. The affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is kept with the record.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made representations to the respondent no. 1 but in spite of receipt of the representations as well as the legal notice of the petitioner, the respondent no. 1 had not considered the request made by the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an order directing the respondent no. 1 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated September 19, 2025 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the effected parties to dispose of the same.
4. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending before the respondent authorities.
5. Accordingly, the respondent no. 1 is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner
2 as well as the effected parties and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the matter. The respondent no. 1 shall decide all the points raised by the petitioner in the representation.
7. WPA 9878 of 2026 is disposed of.
8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
