CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE BENGALURU in C.C.No.45/2023, to expeditiously dispose of C.C.No.45/2023 arising out of Crime No.99/2022 u/s 498(A), 504, 506, 323, r/w 34 of IPC of Madivala police station within a time bound period of 6 months, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Under the given facts and circumstances issues any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 2. Heard Sri. Anil R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Waheeda M.M., learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record. 3. The proceedings are pending before the concerned Court since for the last 4 years for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the IPC, inter- alia. 4. In that light, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of six (6) months from the date of receipt a the copy of the order, if not earlier, in accordance with law.
