Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that upon instructions the petitioners would limit their submissions only to the extent that their representation dated 10th March, 2026 to the respondent no.3 is considered and decided after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard expeditiously in accordance with law.

3. In view of the submissions made, let the representation dated 10th March, 2026 be considered and decided by the respondent respondent no.3 after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard

preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law. The concerned authority shall communicate the decision to the concerned parties within two weeks of the decision.
4. Since I have not called for any affidavits, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this
order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
