And In the matter of : Biswanath Singha ……Petitioner. Mr. Sourav Mondal Mr. M. Nazar Chowdhury Ms. Farheen Rais Mr. Yusuf Hassan .....for the Petitioner. Mr. Brajesh Jha, Ld. APP Mr. Rishav Kumar Thakur ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband who is innocent and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Petitioner attempts to distinguish between the inquest report and the post-mortem report. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that within three years of marriage the incident took place, other accused persons are absconding, as such the case cannot proceed. Having regard to the stage of case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1084 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
