This is an application filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of PRC Case No.72/2026, pending in the Court of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S), Jorhat. 3. The petitioners, Gojanand Munda @ Gajanand Mundhra (Gojju) and Nand Kishore Mundhra are shown as absconder in the Charge-Sheet. They are interested in facing the trial and, therefore, they prayed that they should be given adequate opportunity to that effect. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. 5. Since, the petitioners are interested in facing the trial, they should be given an adequate opportunity to that effect. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioners is allowed. 6. The petitioners, Gojanand Munda @ Gajanand Mundhra (Gojju) and Nand Kishore Mundhra are directed to appear before the Trial Court of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S), Jorhat on 04.04.2026 in connection with PRC Case No.72/2026 and on their appearance, the petitioners shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- each with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S), Jorhat. 7.
