Mr. Pankaj Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 and 2 would submit that that the social status certificate of respondent No.3 is in cloud and an inquiry is pending before the District Level Committee, Surajpur. He would contend that as per allegation made by the petitioner, respondent No. 3 has secured appointment submitting forged social status certificate and adoption deed. Mr. Ashish Surana, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 would submit that the matter with regard to social status certificate is pending consideration before the Committee. 3. At this stage, Mr. Abhinav Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to revive his prayer or approach the SECL authorities after disposal of the case pertaining to social status of respondent No. 3 pending before the District Level Committee. 4. The prayer made by Mr. Abhinav Dubey appears to be proper. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach SECL authorities after disposal of the dispute with regard to social status of respondent No. 3 pending before the District Level Committee, Surajpur.
