Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of earlier directions, the seizure list witnesses till date has not been examined and the petitioner is in custody for one year five months. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail as the alleged recovery is of 70 kg of Ganja. In view of quantum of seizure, I direct the learned trial court to complete the independent seizure list witnesses by 31st December, 2026. The petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid time period is over. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is dismissed.
