Agrawal Order On Board 01.09.2026 1. Heard. 2. This MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking correction/modification in order dated 14.07.2026, passed in MAC No.1011/2020 (Smt. Omin Bai v. Purshottam Sinha & Ors.), wherein due to inadvertence and typographical error, in para 7 Sl.No.1 under the head ‘Compensation awarded by this Court’, the monthly income of the deceased has wrongly been mentioned as “8,140”, whereas, it ought to have been “8,450”. 3. In that view of the matter, I deem it appropriate to allow the present MCC. That being so, the monthly income of the deceased in para 7 Sl.No.1 under the head ‘Compensation awarded by this Court’ in order dated 14.07.2026, passed in MAC No.1011/2020 (Smt. Omin Bai v.
