Order 10/04/2026 1 This anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 365/2025 registered at Police Station Keshorai Patan, District Bundi for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2) and 110 BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that injuries sustained by the injured are not attributable to the petitioner. He further contends that the name of petitioner is mentioned in FIR just because the petitioner is wife of the co- accused Indarjeet. He further submits that Ramraj, Pawan Kumar and Indarjeet @ Indarpaal have been enlarged on bail under Section 483 BNSS by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 06.01.2026 and 10.04.2026 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 16437/2025 and 3087/2026, therefore, prays that the petitioner may be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS.

3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused- petitioner.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that Ramraj, Pawan Kumar and Indarjeet @ Indarpaal have been enlarged on bail by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 06.01.2026 and 10.04.2026 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 16437/2025 and 3087/2026. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accused- petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of Manjeet W/o Indarjeet, she shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station in FIR No. 467/2025 on the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioner shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade her from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and; (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
