In this Writ Petition, petitioner has sought for a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representations made by the petitioner at Annexures - J, K, L and M dated 04.11.2021, 26.09.2023, 14.10.2025 AND 18.03.2026, respectively and thereby continue the name of the petitioner in the RTC records in respect of the subject land. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010447082026 NC: 2026:KHC:38989 WP No. 20406 of 2026 2. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the material on record would indicate that the petitioner is claiming right over the subject land based on the order of grant made during 1982-83. 3. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is directed to verify the original records in their office and thereafter take a decision in the matter by considering the aforementioned representations at Annexures - J, K, L and M made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
