JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's requisition/representation dated 09.06.2026 vide Annexure-A, wherein, the petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010488492026 NC: 2026:KHC:39082 WP No. 22201 of 2026 requested the respondent to verify the relevant service records and to take necessary steps to rectify the error by correcting his name from ‘B.M. Mandanna’ to ‘Manchimanda Mandanna Biddappa’ in Service Particulars Certificate and any connected records, wherever required. However, respondent No.2 did not consider the representation. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondent will consider the representation and pass the appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider Annexure-A and pass appropriate orders in accordance - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010488492026 NC: 2026:KHC:39082 WP No. 22201 of 2026 with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. ii.
