This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned Circular dated 28.08.2025 and 16.03.2026 passed by the respondents, whereby the petitioner has been directed to undergo medical re-examination. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the respondent-Medical Board for re- examination in terms of the order dated 16.03.2026. 3.
