Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that intermediate quantity of contraband has been seized and the case has been registered on 03.07.2026. Learned advocate submits that petitioner is in an advance stage of pregnancy. So far as the same issue is concerned, petitioner will canvass such issue before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the case. Jurisdictional Court if it finds any complexity over issues relating to the medical conditions of the petitioner for a limited period, learned Special Court can consider the relief sought for. So far as the merits of the case are concerned, as the investigation of the case is in progress, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1610 of 2026 is dismissed.
