1. This civil revision petition is filed against the docket orders in OEP No.16 of 2016 in O.S.No.172 of 2012 dated 21.02.2017 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur. 2. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pending civil revision petition, the matter has been settled out of Court and that the cause in this revision petition no longer survives for further adjudication by this Court. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 4.
