1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.
2. The petitioners are claiming their respective dues for leave encashment of 180 days. The earlier
order of this Hon’ble Court of 08.05.2025 directed the respondent no. 6, the Managing Director, to decide on this issue, which was decided on
02.07.2025. The petitioners' entitlements have been specified thereunder and have not been challenged before any forum.
3. This order of 02.07.2025 was communicated to the concerned Department (Finance) only on
02.03.2026. However, no steps have been taken by the concerned Department to disburse the amount to the respondent no. 3.
4. Since this disbursal has not been done, the

payment in respect of the petitioners has not yet been made.
5. The Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, is
directed to take immediate steps to cause such disbursal in favor of the respondent no. 3.
6. The respondent no. 5 will proceed to release such payment, in favor of the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the same from the concerned authority.
7. With these afore-stated directions, the writ- petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
