Hence, the case. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.Learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent police, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the first petitioner has three previous cases and the second petitioner has one previous case.
5. Taking into consideration the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
