Learned Advocate for the Petitioner has submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they are now not willing to proceed with the complaint any further. 5. Leaned Advocate appearing on behalf Original Complainant, has placed on record the Affidavit dated 26.8.2026. He submitted that matter has been amicably settled between the parties and there is no objection if present Petition is allowed. 6. The complainant, Kishanbhai S/o Vashrambhai Chandrala (Chandvola) is present before the court who has been identified by learned advocate for the complainant and he has also filed an affidavit on record of the present petition indicating the settlement arrived at between the parties. 7. Considering averments made in the Affidavit as also the submissions made by the learned Advocates for the respective parties, the present Application deserves to be allowed and is hereby allowed. The impugned order dated 22.8.2023 passed in Criminal Case No.117 of 2019 by learned Principal Civil Judge & J.M.F.C at Paddhari, Rajkot is hereby quashed and set aside qua the present Petitioner.
