Lyngwa, GA ORDER: (Oral) In view of the preliminary objection raised by the learned AAG with respect to the maintainability of the aforesaid petition, since the challenge is to the trial court order rejecting the petitioner’s application seeking discharge from the said case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding i.e., Criminal Revision Petition against the order rejecting the discharge application of the petitioner before the appropriate court. Serial No.02 Daily List 2026:MLHC:560 2. The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the petition and as such, keep all contentions of all parties on merits are open. 4.
