The present Contempt Case is filed alleging violation and disobeying the interim orders dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36095 of 2025. 2. The said Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of Respondent No.2 in depriving the Petitioner of his seniority and promotion to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer (DEE) vide Proceedings No.E4/2288/FSL/Z3/2024-25, dated 06.01.2025 (final seniority list) and this Court after taking note of the said aspect passed the following interim directions; “(i) The impugned Proceedings No.E4/2288/SL/Z3-2025-2026, dated 17.12.2025 issued by Respondent No.2 are hereby suspended; (ii) The Respondent Authorities shall act on the final seniority list issued vide Proceedings dated 06.01.2025 for effecting promotions pending further orders.” 3. In the present case, nothing has been pointed out, which shows any violation of the interim orders of this Court referred above and no contempt is made out. 4 4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. 5. No order as to costs. 6.
