Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct the respondent no 2 & 6 (Collector & Station House Officer Police Station Bhakhara) to consider the representation dated 04.05.2026 and 02.05.2026 (Annexure P/1) and register the FIR against the vendor and vendee as well as passed order in accordance with law, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and restrain the respondents to register the first information report against the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances may also be provided to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted representations dated 04.05.2026 and 02.05.2026 before the concerned authorities with regard to the grievance raised in the present petition. It is submitted that the said representations have not been considered and decided till date. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that an appropriate direction may be issued to the competent authority to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner within a stipulated period, in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State, on the other hand, submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be 3 considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law within an appropriate time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner and the relief sought, without entering into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority concerned to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 04.05.2026 and 02.05.2026, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on the claims and contentions raised by the petitioner in the aforesaid representations. The competent authority shall consider the same independently and strictly in accordance with law. 7.
