Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Chitradurga in Crl.Misc.No.43/2022 and consequently open the lock of the Schedule Property herewith produced as ANNEXURE-A. d) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction directing the Respondent Bank to consider and provide a One Time Settlement (OTS) facility to the Petitioners, in accordance with law and applicable RBI guidelines, without prejudice to the Petitioners' rights and contentions in the present petition. e) Issue any writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or order or Direction, restraining the Respondent from taking any coercive action/steps against the schedule property. f) Issue such other reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. 3.
