Matter is taken up for consideration when Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 23rd August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Regent Park Police Station and same is taken on record. 2. It is disclosed in the communication dated 23rd August, 2026 that search was conducted at matrimonial house of petitioner for recovery of jewellery in presence of petitioner but excepting one empty jewellery box nothing was found. It is also disclosed that investigation is almost complete and final report will be submitted shortly. 3. Having considered contents of communication dated 23rd August, 2026 Court directs concerned police authorities to complete further investigation and submit report before jurisdictional Magistrate at an early date. 4. If petitioner has grievance with regard to recovery of jewellery, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
