No.116/2024), arising out of Naihati GRPS Case No.13 dated April 15, 2024, now pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (GRP/RPF file), Sealdah. After hearing the matter for some time, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not want to press this application any further. Accordingly, CRR 2010 of 2026 is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to clarify that this Court has not gone into the merit of this case and dismissal of this application shall not preclude the petitioner from taking all the points available to him at the appropriate stage of the proceeding.
