JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 4 13-02-2026 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cost of Rs. 500/- and the requisites for issuance of notices to the proposed heirs of deceased respondent no. 11, namely respondent nos. 11(c) and 11(e) have already been filed in Second Appeal No. 260 of 1998 in compliance of the order dated 01.03.2013 passed by the Lawazima Board. 2. In the aforesaid circumstances, filing of the requisites for issuance of notices upon the proposed heirs of deceased respondent no. 11, i.e., respondent nos. 11(c) and 11(e), along with the cost of Rs. 500/- which is deposited in the Victim Compensation Fund is accepted. Re. MJC No. 1793 of 2018 3. The present application has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 260 of 1998 which was Patna High Court MJC No.1793 of 2018(4) dt.13-02-2026 3/3 dismissed for default on 04.05.2018. 4.
