ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2026. 2. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 2 & 4. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 26.03.2026 before the respondents, requesting them to provide service road facility on the Southern side of the Railway under Box, to be constructed in Karungalpalayam - Marupatti Panchayat Road, Level crossing No.10 in the Salem - Karur Broad Guage https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 22263 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 Railway Line Project. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2026 and after issuing due notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
