1. The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 142/2018, registered at Police Station – Patewa, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120-B and 34 of the IPC, Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, and Sections 3, 4 and 10 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositor’s Interest Act, 2005.
