In spite of service of notice respondent nos. 4 to 6 are not represented. 2. By presenting this writ petition, inter alia, petitioner has prayed for direction upon the concerned police authority to provide assistance in order to take possession of the property in question in terms of the order passed by District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas dated 6th March, 2024. It is also submitted that necessary cost was deposited with the concerned authority and in this regard notice of this Court has been drawn to a document at page 36 of the writ petition. 3. Since cost is deposited by the petitioner and there is an order passed by the District Magistrate on 6th March, 2024, concerned 2 police authorities are directed to provide police assistance for implementation of the order which would facilitate the secured creditor to take possession of the property in question within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4. Writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
