Heard Sri Venkatesh S.Arbatti, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Rajashekar, learned Counsel for the respondent. 3. It is submitted that the respondent-Police after completion of investigation, have filed charge sheet before the Special Court on 25.11.2025. 4. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that accused nos.1 & 3 have been enlarged on bail in the aforesaid crime after filing of charge sheet. 5.
