The petitioners have moved before this Court for grant of bail in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under sections 191(2), 193(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 305, 307, 333, 324(3), 109 of the BNS. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations against the petitioners are that the petitioners being the members of an unlawful assembly; in prosecution of the common object of the assembly, attempted to murder of Rajesh Kumar Singh and Jamuna Mandal and there is further allegation that the petitioners have broken the almirah from where, 70,000/- cash, jewelry worth Rs. 5 lakhs were taken by the petitioners. It is further submitted that the allegation of assault is specifically against petitioner no. 7 and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner nos. 1 to 6. It is then submitted that the petitioners are the earning members of their respective families which is mentioned in detail in para no. 20 of this bail application. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are all false. It is then submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 01.02.2026, as has been mentioned in paragraph no. 19 of the bail application. It is next submitted that the petitioners undertake to cooperate with the trial of the case and further undertakes that they will not annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioners be admitted to bail. The learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to enlarge the abovenamed petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih, in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2026, with the condition that the petitioners will cooperate with the trial of the case and will furnish their mobile number and a copy of their Aadhar Card in the court below with the undertaking that they will not change their mobile number during the trial of the case, with further condition that they will not annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
