The present petition prays for direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation dated 07.04.2026 and enforce the notice dated 29.04.2026 issued under the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act. 3. At the stage, it is necessary to mention here that though the petitioner has prayed for removal of the illegal construction, in order to test the bonafide of the petitioner, it would be necessary to assess whether the construction of the petitioner is also legal or not. Notice issued on 29.04.2026 by the Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Wardha, be taken to logical end in accordance with law and after following principles of natural justice i.e. after hearing the affected parties. 6. The respondent/Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Wardha, is directed to inspect the construction of the petitioner’s house also and take appropriate proceedings, if necessary, in the light of the provisions of Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act. 7.
