This petition is filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of Arbitrator in terms of Clause 33 of the Joint Development Agreement dated 16th May 2014 (Annexure-A). 3. Taking into consideration the averments made in the petition as well as the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, I am of the view that the appointment of Arbitrator is necessitated. 4. Accordingly, Sri. M.K. Sripathy. retired District Judge is appointed to act as the Sole Arbitrator in the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru as per the extant Rules. 5.
