Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent authorities are not considering and deciding representation/application dated 24.11.2025 which was submitted by petitioner against order of transfer dated 29.09.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the State raises an objection stating that petitioner has earlier filed writ petition bearing WPS No.13052 of 2025 which was disposed of with a direction to petitioner to submit representation before respondents to be decided within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order. If for any reason, representation is not decided even after order of this Court, petitioner is having some other remedy. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding. 5. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Praveen
