Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication along with a copy of order dated 20.04.2026, issued by the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of order dated 20.04.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed the higher pay stage in the concerned level of pay matrix i.e. ₹37,600/- (Level- 8, Cell-9) after completion of two years of his regular service. 3. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in terms of the Finance Department instructions, within eight weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition.
