1. By way of this petition, the applicants have prayed for following prayer:-
“That, Applicants are complying the judgment dated 28.02.2026 by issuing a letter dated 02.05.2026 to CHANDRAKANT DEWANGAN Digitally signed by CHANDRAKANT DEWANGAN Date: 2026.09.02 14:46:13 +0530
2 Respondent No. 2 is filed as Annexure A. In pursuance of which, the Respondent No. 2 has filed application for dependent employment on 15.05.2026, which is Annexure B. As per judgment of this Court dated 28.02.2026, the matter has to be complied within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of order, the copy of judgment dated 28.02.2026 in W.P.(S) No. 1621/2023 between Smt. Laxmaniya Binjhwar & Another Vs. South Eastern Coalfields Limited & Another is filed as Annexure C. The matter require 60 days more time to search out old papers and therefore, it is necessary to file application for extension of time, so that in extended period the compliance is secured.”

Learned counsel for the applicants-respondents submits that an application has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance with the order passed by this Court. He further submits that 30 days’ time may be granted for deciding the representation.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds raised in the application, the applicants/respondents are granted 30 days more time to decide the representation.
4. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted to the applicants/respondents. In the event the applicants/respondents’ company (South Eastern Coalfields Limited) fails to comply with the
order within the stipulated period, appropriate orders shall be passed against the concerned Officers.
