1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record.
2. Matter is taken up for consideration when learned advocate representing petitioner based on complaint dated 5th June, 2026 prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities to register FIR and initiate investigation.
3. Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has opposed this writ petition and it is submitted that there are no materials disclosed in the complaint dated 5th June, 2026 lodged by the petitioner requiring police authorities to take certain steps.
4. Be that as it may, as prayer is made on behalf of petitioner for registration of FIR, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) BNSS 2023 in the
2 event steps are not being taken by the concerned police authorities.
5. Writ petition is disposed of.
