Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand. He has submitted that liberty be afforded to the petitioner to surrender within 10 days from today and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court. 3. Ordered accordingly. 4.
