1. During course of argument, learned counsel for petitioner candidly admit that writ petition has rendered infructuous.
2. In view of submissions, writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous along with pending application, if any. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14301/2018:
1. The counsels are on agreement that the petitioner is working as a contractual employee under the Mukhyamantri Nishulk Dava Yojanaand till regularly selected candidate is appointed on the post, the service of the petitioner shall not be terminated by the respondent.
2. Having considered aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to continue the petitioner as a contractual employee till being replaced by regularly selected candidate. The petitioner is entitled for emoluments as determined from time to time under the scheme by the Government of Rajasthan.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition along with misc. application, if any, stands disposed of.
