Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records of the entire case of the petitioner for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to join/resume her duties on the post of Accountant (Contractual), MGNREGA, Janpad Panchayat Jaijaipur, Zila Panchayat Sakti (C.G.) together with all the entitlements and benefits associated with the said post. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to grant such other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed by respondent no. 6, however, while working she suffered with chronic anemia disease and therefore, could not be able to perform her duties. Petitioner after recovery from the said disease has approached to authorities however, she was not permitted to join the service. Thereafter, petitioner submitted multiple representation before the authority and considering the grounds as mentioned in the representation have asked the petitioner to submit medical certificate/ medical documents in support of her claim to which petitioner has also 3 / 3 submitted, but till date respondent authorities have not considered her representation, therefore, this writ petition has been filed. Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that at this stage respondent authorities be directed to consider and take decision on pending representation and further petitioner be permitted to submit fresh representation to be considered by concerned respondent authorities along with pending representation. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that the grievance of petitioner at this stage is with regard to respondent no. 6 for whom she is not appearing. 4. On due consideration of submission made by respective parties, the pleading made in this writ petition as also the grievance of petitioner and further considering the fact that decision is to be taken by respondent no. 6 on the claim of petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition before respondent no. 6 and in turn respondent no. 6 shall take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation, along with pending representations. 5.
