Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 22nd July, 2026 when Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 5th August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Belghoria Police Station and same is taken on record. 2. It is disclosed in the communication dated 5th August, 2026 that there is grievance against the petitioner due to her conduct causing nuisance, inconvenience and health hazards to the residents of the locality. There are complaints and counter complaints. 3. In the writ petition, it is also found that petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the concerned police authorities in taking steps and investigate the matter. 4. If petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the concerned police authorities, in that event petitioner needs to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023 praying for registration of FIR. 5. However, concerned police authority is directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and to see no untoward incident takes place. 6. Writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.) 2
