The petitioner is aggrieved that the service records of her late husband, who worked in his life time as a Medical Officer (Opthalmology) under the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, has not been furnished to her. 3. The petitioner has made several representations for such purpose, last of which was made on June 24, 2026. 4. The respondent no. 4 is directed to consider this representation by September 30, 2026 and hand over the entire set of service records to the petitioner within the aforestated timelines. 2 5. In view of the aforestated, the writ petition is disposed of. 6. There will be no order as to costs. 7.
