Mr. Dilman Rati Minj, learned Dy. Adv. General, on instructions from the Secretary, General Administration Department, submits that the order under contempt dated 24.07.2026 has been complied with and the representation submitted by the applicant has been rejected vide order dated 06.08.2026. He further submits that a copy of the said order has also been forwarded to the learned counsel for the applicant. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant also conceded the aforesaid contention. 4. Since the order under contempt dated 24.07.2026 passed by the Coordinate bench in WP(S) No.5574/2026 (Riman Singh Thakur v.
