They are stated to have a minor son Adithya Varma, 6 years old, who is suffering from right upper limb branchial plexus injury and a minor daughter Loveleena, 1 ½ years old, who is suffering from pyrexia fever. 4. On instructions, Mr.Ramachandra Murthy states that they have received representation dated 26.05.2026. Since the prayer in the representation involves assimilation of facts and the medical records of the children, we are of the considered view that it is best left to the authorities to take a view on representation dated 26.05.2026. 5. Mandamus is hence issued to R3, Superintendent of Prison, Special Sub-Jail, Yanam, Puducherry to consider representation dated 26.05.2026 and pass orders in accordance with the extant Regulations and Guidelines, within a period of two (2) days from today. 6.
