Learned counsel for respondent is absent. 2. Though this matter has come up for admission, it is taken up for final hearing and disposed of by this order. 3. This transfer petition is filed by wife for transfer of MC.No.70/2025 filed by husband for restitution of conjugal rights before the I Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Krishnarajpet to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysore. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 26.08.2013 and they have blessed with girl child aged about 5 years. It is stated that the petitioner is working and residing Mysore city along with her minor child. She filed - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010745792025 NC: 2026:KHC:39268 CP No. 410 of 2025 police complaint against the respondent on 29.08.2024 in CC.No.22/2025. It is stated that the respondent is also working and staying in Mysore, only to harass the petitioner he filed petition in Krishnarajpet. The distance between both the places is 55 Kms and it is difficult for her to travel all the way. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent has not turned up. 6. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner in the absence of respondent arguments, this Court finds it reasonable to transfer MC.No.70/2025 filed by husband before the I Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Krishnarajpet to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysore. Ordered accordingly. In the result, the petition is allowed. In view of disposal of main petition, pending IA's does not survive for consideration.
