The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No.2682 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 352, 74, 109, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be lady and the another lady, who has also been made accused in the said case, has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.6710 of 2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are thereof assault. 5. Considering that the another lady has been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. No.6710 of 2025 and that in para 10 of the petition, it is stated that the petitioner is not having criminal antecedent, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
