The applications of the petitioner have not been considered by respondent No.2. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 will consider the applications submitted by the petitioner vide Annexures-B to B4, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.
