1. Writ petitioner and the respondent/State are represented through their respective learned counsel. 2. Three numbers of Affidavits-of-service filed in Court by the petitioner, are taken on record. 3. None appears on behalf of the private respondents, despite service. 4. On perusal of petition under consideration and after hearing the learned counsel for the contending parties, this Court while disposing the instant writ petition directs the following:- (i) The respondent no.7 authority shall cause a field verification at the disputed plot, particulars of which has been mentioned in paragraph 6 of the instant writ petition upon prior notice to the writ petitioner and the private respondents. (ii) The respondent no.7 authority thereafter would submit a demarcation report with the respondent no.4 authority within 30 working
2 days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order. (iii) On receipt of the demarcation report and/or the field verification report, the respondent no.4 authority shall provide copies of the said demarcation report and/or the field verification report to the writ petitioner and the private respondents and after giving due notice to them and after giving due opportunity of hearing, shall pass a reasoned order upon the representation dated 27.10.2024, as submitted by the writ petitioner, in accordance with law and in the light of the said demarcation report, as would be submitted by the respondent no.7 authority. (iv) The entire exercise, as indicated in the foregoing paragraphs, is to be completed by the respondent no.4 authority positively within 45 working days from the date of receipt of the demarcation report from the respondent no.7 authority. (v) In the event, while passing the reasoned order, the respondent no.4 authority finds sufficient merit in the representation dated 27.10.2024, as submitted by the writ petitioner, he is directed to act all consequential action soon thereafter. 5. With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of. 6. Since, affidavits have not been called for, the allegations made in the instant writ petition, are deemed to have been denied. 7. The time limit as fixed, is peremptory and mandatory. 3

It is, however, made clear that while disposing the instant writ petition, this Court has not gone into the merits of the representation dated 27.10.2024, as submitted by the writ petitioner and thus, all points are kept open for adjudication by the respondent no.4 authority. 9.
